1.TO HELP AND ASSIST IN THE COST(S) OF THE HEALTH REHABILITATION OF THE CLIENT.

2.ENGINEER AND INCORPORATE A PROGRAM THAT IS DESIGNED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL YOUTH FROM THE AGES OF 7 TO 18.

3.PROVIDE CLASSROOM LIKE EDUCATION ON HEALTH AWARENESS FOR YOUTH AND PARENTS.

4.EDUCATION ON NUTRITION AND HOW TO DISCIPLINE YOURSELF IN AN EATING ROUTINE.

5.PROPER TECHNIQUES FOR STRENGTH TRAINING AND CARDIO WORKOUTS THAT ARE BOTH BENEFICIAL AND FUN.

6.HELP TO ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO JOIN THEIR KIDS IN A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE BY JOINING A HEALTH CLUB AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE WITH THEY THEMSELVES LIVING A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE.

7.BRING IN AND PUT ON TRAINING SEMINARS AND CHALLENGE EVENTS WITH HEALTH AND SPORTS CELEBS.

8.INCORPORATE (IN A VOLUNTEER PROGRAM) PEDIATRICIANS, CHIROPRACTORS, PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, NUTRITIONISTS AND DIETICIANS.

9.BI-WEEKLY NEWS LETTERS WHICH WILL KEEP TEENS AND PARENTS CURRENT WITH HEALTH ISSUES, INCLUDING NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION.

10.ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION.
